What can we do to be—and stay—as clear-headed and balanced as possible? I came acrosswoodstocking® about 1.5 years ago, have been practicing it myself ever since, and highly recommend it!

Many years ago, I completed a training program to become an anti-stress coach. I’ll admit, I’m the kind of person who tends to fall asleep or let my mind wander while meditating. I’m probably not the only one whose mind runs wild during those very moments when the goal is to achieve complete inner stillness.
I recommend that my coachees feel free to choose their own method! Free from trends and free from well-meaning but overbearing advice from those around them. Try out what works for you and what really helps you.
I’ve found “my” method while working with the Woodstock. It’s a solid-wood stick carved from ash, and it comes with audio files featuring the clearly audible voice of Dr. Bettina Rippel.
I’m guided through 12 so-called “organ exercises”—each month, I choose 1 or 2 of them. The great thing is: by regularly practicing these mental and physical exercises, I’m building new neural networks, improving my posture, and finally have something concrete and tangible to actually put my racing thoughts to rest.
