VisionDay_January 14, 2023_Registration

A few weeks ago, my dear friend and colleague Silke Heyne approached me with an idea: “Let’s host a vision workshop together where we can get creative and develop mood boards to visualize everything that’s important to the participants—both now and in 2023.” She was really inspired by a book on the topic of “Creating Your Own Vision Board.”

Some time has now passed, and a new—and hopefully delicious—cocktail has been created, loosely based on the motto “shaken, not stirred.” Because we told ourselves: what will be truly exciting for the “Vision Day” participants is precisely what they wouldn’t experience with a book alone! So we invite you to Vision Day, a one-day seminar led by the duo Silke Heyne (shyne.today) and Sabine Happe (sabinehappe.de), which includes creative elements—but also a whole lot more.

A small group (8–10 people) and plenty of “me time” at the start of the year.

At the heart of Vision Day are the exercises for creating a “Me-Board” and a “Vision Board.” Otherwise, the day follows the very special DNA of successful goal-achievement processes: Through targeted exercises, we establish a strong connection to our inner selves and our sense of purpose—this is fundamental to formulating sustainable goals. Only what we truly want and long for provides enough emotional momentum to actually achieve our goals over the long term.

We focus on resources that help us realize our own vision. And through a few energizing exercises, we can stimulate these resources all the way down into the subconscious.

Throughout the day, as the two facilitators, we provide a great deal of support—whether through conversations, group interaction, or Reiki and Theta Healing sessions. What words sometimes cannot achieve, Reiki or Theta can: they mobilize the powers inherent in each individual and instill confidence in the realization of their own goals. As Professor Oettingen from Hamburg has noted: when we look toward our positive visions of the future with confidence, this is part of the formula for success in bringing those visions to life.

Vision Day will be accompanied by a number of additional activities; the refresher session will be particularly important for most people. After all, visions are especially valuable when they stand the test of time in retrospect, when they don’t just remain good intentions, and when initial successes can be celebrated.

More about Vision Day will be available in the coming days at www.sabinehappe.de.
