Reflect on your past, present, and future in a structured and profound way. Discover an innovative, tactile tool that reveals life patterns, clarifies priorities, and paves the way for self-directed action.

Change and lasting effectiveness always begin with an honest assessment of the current situation. The Self Expedition is a tactile reflection tool I developed that makes complex interrelationships surrounding the personality tangible and visible.
On a specially designed, round game board, you journey through the three major dimensions of your life: your focus and your vision. With the help of precise guiding question cards and colored tokens, you explore current patterns, sharpen your focus, and shape your vision. This is a hands-on approach that reflects the complexity of the human experience, fostering an understanding of your own inner processes, guiding principles, and actions—and thereby strengthening your sense of self-efficacy.
During the first 21 years of our lives, the foundations for our current values, patterns, and behaviors are laid.
The key questions focus on the following core topics:
A structured analysis of your current life situation. We take an unvarnished look at your work, relationships, friends, and—most importantly—your relationship with yourself.
Looking ahead with intention. Free from external expectations, you explore your desires and inner visions.

The Self Expedition is characterized by its high degree of methodological flexibility. Thanks to its well-designed landscape-format card system, users can freely determine—depending on the situation—how many questions to ask per section. As a result, the tool remains completely tailored to the individual process.
Furthermore, the Expedition can be seamlessly integrated with more in-depth, advanced methods. In more in-depth coaching work, for example, we use the board as a starting point for in-depth genogram work to gain a deeper understanding of cross-generational roles and dynamics.
As a client, you’ll use the Self Expedition together with me for an in-depth, personal assessment of where you stand, to break through mental blocks, or to explore new career paths.
Within companies, the tool is used in small groups (2 to 3 people) as a high-quality medium for reflection, enabling peer-to-peer exchange on a new level and building trust.
Participants in my COACHCRAFT training program learn how to methodically apply the Self Expedition exclusively for their own practice and discover how to seamlessly integrate follow-up methods, such as genogram work.
The Self Expedition brings clarity to your life story, structure to your present, and meaning to your future. Let’s discuss in a free orientation session how we can use this tool most effectively for you, your team, or your coaching training.
