What challenges do I still need to overcome in connection with COACHCRAFT?
Setting up a new coaching training program involves lots of good ideas, lots of decisions, and quite a bit of detailed work. Organizing content in a coherent manner, marketing and material flows, finding the right scientific partners. With COACHCRAFT, I am pursuing the vision that is so well expressed in the brand’s tagline: “a modular program for masterful coaches.”
Over the next few weeks and months, I’ll take you behind the scenes and show you everything that needs to be developed, reviewed, decided, and implemented on the path to creating a well-founded, practical coaching training program.
How is COACHCRAFT marketed?
Marketing is one of the next major steps. The insights I gained from my workshop in Copenhagen with Marie Seltmann are now being thoroughly analyzed and put into practice. A good education requires more than just strong content. It must also be communicated in a way that ensures the right people understand what it stands for and what benefits it offers.
Which pricing models are suitable for training?
The training should be high-quality and affordable at the same time. That’s why I’m currently working on pricing models that both do justice to the quality and depth of COACHCRAFT and remain realistic for those interested to plan for.
What’s happening with the Leadership Expedition right now?
The Leadership Expedition is moving into its next phase: preparations are underway to hand it over to the coaches, along with all the necessary materials. We have an appointment with the printing company coming up soon. The key is to ensure that the materials are professionally produced, neatly assembled, and ultimately delivered to the participants in top condition.
The Leadership Expedition is a core element of COACHCRAFT: a leadership simulation I developed that is protected as a European trademark.
Will COACHCRAFT also be available in English?
At the very least, that’s a big wish. My dream would be to eventually offer COACHCRAFT entirely in English—at beautiful and exciting locations across Europe. This raises the intriguing question of whether a coaching training program “Made in Germany” can also succeed on the European market.
I studied business administration, English, and French myself, and some key components are already available in English: the ID37 certification and the Leadership Expedition certification. I’m wondering: Do you offer coaching and training sessions in English? Please leave me a comment!
Who will serve as an assessor during the training, and who will evaluate and provide guidance?
At the end of the training program, participants’ skills are to be professionally assessed and certified. This requires people with professional expertise, experience, and a keen eye for coaching quality. I am currently looking for academic partners and suitable judges.
There are already a few trips in the works.
What happens next?
COACHCRAFT continues to grow step by step. Much of the groundwork is already well underway. The key now is to make the next decisions carefully and to shape a coherent educational program from the individual building blocks.
