Bringing complex management challenges to life. Discover an innovative, hands-on simulation scenario that places executives in real-life leadership situations—for measurable effectiveness and immediate practical application within the company.

Companies and HR professionals looking for a modern, interactive format to provide long-term training in leadership skills in a safe environment and to strengthen a culture of feedback.
Leadership teams that want to expand their leadership knowledge, strengthen their collaboration, optimize internal communication, break down silos, and experience genuine team building.
Professionals who would like to learn about the Leadership Expedition as a highly effective, methodical tool so they can use it independently later (after obtaining the appropriate certification).
An interactive experiential space featuring two routes.
The Leadership Expedition is a multifaceted simulation scenario played out on a large-format truck tarp and flipchart-sized learning boards. At its core, the goal is to collect points and gold nuggets, recruit and retain employees, and overcome the typical hurdles of everyday leadership. The appropriate game variant is used depending on the objectives.

Focus: Strengthening overall competence by fostering a modern, people-centered, and development-oriented leadership culture, combined with a solid understanding of business administration methodologies.
Key Topics: Practical application of, among other things, the Grid Model, the Maturity Model, innovation methods, and the Vision Method (according to Prof. Kuhl), combined with realistic role-playing exercises.
Focus:Strengthening leadership communication and internal cooperation, as well as intensive team building.
Key Topics: Integration of the News Square (Schulz von Thun), transactional analysis, and resolving dysfunctional team dynamics. Team goals are achieved collaboratively through an integrated team barometer and integrated team-building elements.
Participants explore the rules of the game on their own and set up their vehicles, along with their employees (basic setup), in front of them. The system becomes tangible.
The game master sets up the board using colored tiles that flexibly indicate what kind of event or learning module awaits the players. The content can be adapted to your company’s real-life case studies as needed.
Practical role-playing exercises await participants in the field. Managers practice leadership skills in a safe environment and provide each other with direct, constructive feedback. In the end, it’s not just the points that count, but the lasting insights gained.

Complex and theoretical content has been shown to stick in people’s minds longer thanks to this hands-on, experiential approach.
Participants reflect on their own behavior through guided feedback processes, input from the facilitators, and peer-to-peer exchanges among colleagues.
The scenario can be seamlessly integrated into intensive seminars, retreats (including those combined with outdoor activities), or international programs (available in German and English).
Successful action in a complex external environment is always based on stable self-management. If you’d like to engage in self-reflection before leading your team, the Self Expedition is the perfect first step. The Self Expedition can be incorporated as a reflection exercise for small groups within the Leadership Expedition—in both versions. The Leadership Expedition and the Self Expedition are harmoniously coordinated in their design. Let’s discuss in a free orientation session how the simulation can take collaboration in your company to a new level.
