To be honest, that wasn’t my intention at all. Sometimes it goes like this: an opportunity arises, an idea is born quickly—and in the case of my leadership game, putting it into practice was a breeze.
Atze Schröder likes to say, “All the levels are layered on top of each other.” That’s how it was for me in game development as well, including the wonderful design process with my designer, Anke Luckmann.
What we have now is a game board measuring approximately 1.20 x 1 m, featuring many action spaces and cards, learning spaces, tools for speeding up or slowing down the game, and so on and so forth.
The game is available in two versions: THE ORIGINAL and COMMUNICATION & COOPERATION, and is protected as a European trademark.
Through learning modules and a diverse deck of cards, the original offers content that today’s modern leaders should be familiar with. It draws on over 20 years of
experience in leadership training and coaching, the principles of modern business administration, and—needless to say—a comparison with the “big players out there.” With this game,
, executives can engage in highly interactive and practical training, exchange ideas, and receive valuable feedback.
In addition, the learning modules offer the opportunity to systematically build leadership knowledge, discuss that knowledge right away using real-world examples, and internalize it.
The Communication & Cooperation track has a slightly different focus. This is where applied psychology comes into play, and above all, this approach offers leadership teams
the opportunity to grow together as a true team through cooperative games, discussion, and a team barometer.
There are plenty of interactive and hands-on activities here as well, but it’s not just about potential individual winners—the whole team wins.
Since both games involve a certain degree of complexity, I’d be happy to introduce them to you in person.
Dates for interested companies and coaches will also be posted shortly under “Events.”
