The COACHCRAFT Path: The ideal, standalone introductory module. You start right away with a top-notch practical tool and then decide whether you want to continue on this path with the regular COACHCRAFT cohort.
The ID37 Master Certification (as well as the Leadership Expedition certification) plays a special role in my training program: It is an open module.
For you, this means maximum flexibility: You can book this intensive, two-day certification course as a standalone module and start using the tool immediately in your daily work. If you later decide to complete the full COACHCRAFT training program to become a certified business coach, 100% of the investment for this module will be credited toward the training program. While ID37 is open to everyone, you’ll then complete the remaining core modules of COACHCRAFT exclusively within your dedicated, intensive training cohort, where you’ll receive close guidance.
The ID37 is a state-of-the-art, scientifically validated personality assessment developed in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg. Unlike other or older models, the ID37 completely avoids rigid categorizations or typological clusters.

The ID37 Master training program is not merely about acquiring knowledge—it is a tangible business lever.
