If you want to lead, you have to know where you want to go. Away from old vanities—toward high-performing teams.

Traditional leadership was often characterized by a high degree of operational involvement—leaders acted primarily as their team’s top subject matter experts. True leadership, however, begins where micromanagement ends. When leaders consciously step back from day-to-day operations, they gain the strategic perspective needed to focus on what truly matters. They no longer steer organizations through directives, but rather as visionary shapers and empathetic team developers. With personal credibility, clear goals, and a high level of empathy, leaders develop sustainable visions and empower their teams to take initiative. This creates agile, high-performing structures and a true win-win situation for future-ready organizations.
Many of us face enormous pressure in our professional lives today. But pressure also holds significant potential for progress and acceleration—when channeled correctly, it can be highly productive. It acts as a catalyst for achieving the necessary personal growth, activating drive, and consistently leaving outdated ways behind.
In any successful change process, awareness of this urgency is the key driver. This is precisely where modern leadership comes into play: We translate the palpable need for change into a clear, compelling vision and empower your leaders to actively shape this transformation together with their teams.
After all, at our core, we as human beings always want the same thing: We want to be convinced of something, we want to do something meaningful, truly experience ourselves through our actions, and celebrate our shared successes afterward. For me, leadership therefore means developing our own vision of this desirable state and actively working toward it as a team. My training programs build on your existing successes and skills to establish, step by step, a sustainable and crisis-resilient leadership culture.
In my practice, business coaching and training come together to form a modular in-house program that is precisely tailored to your strategic objectives. We consistently focus on what matters most and proceed in a systematic, coordinated, and collaborative manner.
Every organization is unique. That’s why I develop a customized program for you and your situation based on a joint needs assessment. The field is vast—to give you an initial idea, let’s take a closer look at the core areas.

The Comprehensive COACHCRAFT Training Program: A Customized In-House Format for High-Potential Employees and Individuals in Key Positions
COACHCRAFT is a modular coaching training program for coaches, HR professionals, and leaders. In this in-house version, the focus is clearly on targeted capacity-building in the area of leadership: Depending on their specific role, modern leaders need in-depth coaching skills to professionally support employees in their day-to-day work, foster their long-term development, or provide a safety net during crises.

The Leadership Expedition is a multifaceted and interactive leadership simulation that I developed to promote a modern, collaborative, and development-oriented leadership culture in companies. Through guided feedback processes and practical learning experiences, it provides powerful impetus for the further development of entire leadership teams.
At its core, the game—a dice game—offers two variations that simulate the day-to-day realities of leadership: The focus is either on the individual leader or on the entire crew as a team.
Team-building exercises turn the simulation into a genuine space for development and learning. Because the materials are highly diverse, the Leadership Expedition can be used both as a one-time event and as a multi-year, modular program for long-term organizational development.

My work is characterized by a very strong practical focus. Methodologically, I rely exclusively on scientifically sound models that have been proven effective over more than 23 years of practical experience. My B2B projects incorporate models from modern goal-oriented research (PSI theory), advanced visualization techniques, applied psychology for executives, and the highly effective method of systemic work.
In addition, I integrate modern leadership simulations directly into my training and personnel development programs so that we don’t just talk about leadership in theory, but actually experience real-world action in a safe environment.
