Modularity Meets Cohort:
The Best of Both Worlds.

COACHCRAFT is not a standard training course, but rather an intelligently structured training system. The two top-tier core components—the ID37 Master Certification and the Leadership Expedition—play a special role: they are open modules. You can complete them flexibly in advance as individual building blocks.

Once you decide to pursue the full training program, these modules will be fully credited toward your degree. You’ll then complete the in-depth psychological and systemic core modules exclusively within the safe, trusting environment of your permanent training cohort. This guarantees intensive exchange, genuine trust, and shared growth without constant changes in participants.

The Curriculum: From the Basics to Mastery.

Phase 1: The Build-Up Phase

  • Module 1: Foundations & Framework (Kickoff & Introduction) (2 x 4-hour in-person sessions)
    • Getting to know one another and shared experiential elements. Clear distinction between coaching, therapy, counseling, and training. Introduction to ethics, quality standards, professional boundaries, and one’s own self-concept as a coach. Initial overview of the training program’s structure, ID37 Motivational Logic, and the Leadership Expedition.
  • Module 2: Psychological Foundations & Professional Framework (2 x 2 days)
    • 2a Mandate & Responsibility: Specific criteria, case studies, and “red flags” for clearly distinguishing between coaching and psychotherapy. Why psychological understanding shapes the industry’s reputation.
    • 2b Practical Psychology: Attachment Theory for Biographical Work, Freud’s Structural and Phases Model as a Framework, and Erikson’s Stages of Development.
    • 2c A Closer Look at Mental Health Conditions: A Comprehensive Overview of Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, ADHD, and Personality Disorders to Help You Reliably Identify Risk Factors. Behavioral Therapy Distinctions and Absolute Taboos for Coaches.
    • 2d Motivation & Behavior: Adaptation mechanisms, pattern formation, and beliefs. An introduction to self-regulation through PSI theory (Kuhl) and the Rubicon model (Gollwitzer)—the perfect bridge to motivation-based work.
    • 2e Practical Application: Perception, self-reflection on one’s own attitude, and initial clarification of concerns with regard to the client’s mental health.

Phase 2: The Consolidation Phase

  • Module 3: ID37 Self-Awareness & Master’s Certification (2 x 4 hours)
    • 3a Professional Identity: Personal ID37 test with an individual one-on-one debriefing session. Reflection on the opportunities and risks associated with one’s own motivational profile, as well as typical self-management issues for coaches (e.g., rescuer mode, setting boundaries). Documentation of the personal development goal in the training portfolio.
    • 3b Master’s-Level Training (2 days): The ID37 Model and the 16 Life Motives in Detail. Profile work in typical coaching contexts, clarifying client concerns, deriving interventions, and applying them in a business context (HR, leadership, mediation). Confidently conducting debriefing sessions.
    • 3c Group Supervision (4 hours): Case supervision based on actual ID37 coaching sessions to identify blind spots and ensure quality.
  • Module 4: Core Coaching Skills & Process Management (2 days)
    • Excellent clarification of issues (one-on-one, teams, and triangular agreements with HR/clients). Conversation techniques based on Carl Rogers (“productive non-interference”) and precise timing of interventions. Structuring topics, clarifying roles, and defense mechanisms (projection/counterprojection). Active listening, questioning techniques, therapeutic alliance, contract, and mental health for the coach.
  • Module 5: Coaching Methods Using the ID37 (2 x 2 days)
    • 5a Personal Development: Identify areas for development (“King’s Role”) and the main axes of personality. Vision work, mental contrasting, and work on beliefs and resources using the ID37 Motive Square and Motive Wheel. Resolving inner conflicts (ID37 Motive Dialogue) and integrating younger parts (Motive Time Travel).
    • 5b Leadership Development: Identifying one’s “best contribution” and the key focus areas of one’s role. The psychology of success for effectively implementing leadership goals at the individual, impact, and organizational levels using PSI theory.
  • Module 6: The Leadership & Self Expedition in Practice (4–5 days total)
    • 6a & 6b Leadership Expedition (Game Facilitator): Pedagogy, logic, and application scenarios for leadership, teamwork, and change. Adaptation to specific industries, dealing with resistance, and intensive hands-on practice, during which each participant leads their own game sequence and receives detailed feedback. Licensing options and trainer’s manual.
    • 6c & 6d Self Expedition: Using the game board and card deck as a journey of self-discovery, either individually or in groups. In-depth facilitation of activity sequences, including the theoretical and practical background.
    • 6e Group Supervision (4 hours): Quality assurance for your practice as a certified Master.

Phase 3: The Transfer Phase

  • Module 7: Transfer, Positioning & Business Model (3 x 1 day)
    • 7a Positioning & Purpose: Updating your vision. Creating your Business Canvas (mission, purpose, values, and market differentiation). Motiv-based persona development for your target audience analysis and the use of systemic constellations.
    • 7b Marketing Concept: Collaboration with a guest lecturer specializing in digital marketing (Google Ads, social media, online visibility). Developing your individual marketing strategy based on your own motivational profile.
    • 7c Formats & Pricing Models: Building Your Service Architecture (Individual Sessions vs. High-Priced Programs/Series), Partnership Strategies, and Allocating Time to Manage Your Own Business.

Comprehensive support for the success of your practice.

The Peer Group Rotation Principle

Between the modules, there are 6 mandatory peer coaching sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, held in fixed groups of three. Ideally, these groups should include participants with different motivational profiles to maximize the learning experience. Each session follows a strict schedule: 30 minutes of live coaching (issues, sequence, next steps) and 30 minutes of structured, marker-oriented feedback from the three-person rotation (coach, coachee, observer). Each session is documented in a personal logbook.

Supervision & Mentoring

Alongside Modules 1–7, you’ll participate in 5 sessions of 2-hour group supervision as well as 6 hours of intensive individual supervision directly with Sabine Happe. Here, you’ll reflect on your cases, identify blind spots, and strengthen your professional identity.

Self-Study & Hands-On Components

Through exclusive audio content and structured exercises, you’ll build theoretical knowledge flexibly at your own pace. Practical application exercises based on real-world cases ensure that you can directly apply what you’ve learned to your everyday life.

A certificate with real market value.

A COACHCRAFT certification is not just a worthless certificate of participation. The exam requirements are strictly based on the quality criteria of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and guarantee you a seal of quality that is highly valued in the market.

The written thesis (optional)

A comprehensive reflection on practical experience based on the 8 ICF competencies (including documented processes), a detailed case study of an actual coaching process, or an in-depth methodological study.

The Practical Exam

A 3-hour examination interview before a panel of expert judges, as well as a 60-minute, unedited real-life coaching session (no role-playing!) with a real coachee. Evaluation is conducted using a rubric by the training directors and external experts based on the ICF Core Competencies.
